Qualification : 2 years full time PG Degree in Social Work with specialization in HR (or) full time MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized Institute / University. Should have knowledge in computers and computer applications in HR and fluency in spoken and written Tamil.
Age : Minimum 48 years as on 01.03.2011
Experience : Minimum 25 years of experience in the Executive Cadre of an Industrial Organization of repute of which at least 5 years should be as Head of HR Department. Should have exposure in various spects of HR management including Industrial Relations, HRD and Administrative Functions in a large Industrial Organization. The predominant responsibilities include formulation and implementation of HR policies, compensation packages and generating appropriate Recruitment, Appraisal, Training and Development activities. Should be conversant with the disciplinary proceedings and should have effective negotiating skills.
